I learnt to snowboard many years ago and after a painful first week became hooked. Depending on the conditions, I usually ride a Burton Supermodel 163cm, or a K2 Eldorado 159cm. Both are aggressive freeride boards and great in powder. On the board are Burton Custom bindings, and my boots are Northwave Legends. They are very comfortable, even when hiking off-piste. 	Surfing at Courchevel Mer de Glace, Chamonix	FAVOURITE resorts include Chamonix, Verbier, Tignes and Courchevel. Other resorts visited include Lake Tahoe (California), Whistler (Canada), Courmayeur (Italy), Zermatt, Saas Fee (Switz), Val d'Isere, Alpe d'Huez, La Grave (France), Solden, Obergurgl and Lech (Austria).
